Refund Policy: There will be no refunds giving for services due to the slot time was booked. A credit will be issued for use within 90 days of issuance. Exceptions can be made just reach out to advise and make sure time slots for new bookings are available.

Cancelation Policy: Rain, sleet, or snow we will reach out 24-48hrs in advance and the same day and 2- 4 hours before event time to adv and make sure your aware of the forecast for the day of event. However, once we advise if you decide to go head and continue the event if it's a dry product than you will be required to pay a wet fee for service. At that point once we advise you can't cancel and receive credit. You will lose the amount paid.
