RAIN POLICY: You can reschedule your rental due to rain. We will also reach out to the client to advise all rainy weather and wind conditions. We will reach out and give you the option to reschedule your event for a later date at no cost to you.

OCCUPANCY: A maximum of 5-6 kids of equal size at one time for bounce houses and only 1 person at a time for slides. This is what we recommend for the safety of the kids.

All units are cleaned and sanitized before and after each use.

If unit is returned and there are any items, food, candy ext left inside unit the $40 dollar fee will not be refunded to your form of payment. It will be held for a cleaning fee. Please read contract before signing. Deposit will be refunded within 72 hours.

What You Will Need Prior To Set:

Enough space for us to setup your rental with a clear path to the set-up location.

Electric outlet within 50 feet of setup area

If we cant reach the outlet you will need to book a generator with this event
